Rounding No MInor Checks

  • Adds extra rounding tests for various currencies and positions.
  • Renames the string-ify function to not clash with other libraries.
  • Adds tests to verify that all library information is as expected.
  • Adds additional tests for the to_string member function for currencies without minor units.
  • Removes all the prefixed calls.
